How to manage your customer orders
Use Orders in your vendor dashboard to review purchases assigned to your store and check their current status. The controls you see depend on your account permissions and the order.
1. Find the order
- Sign in with your vendor account and open Orders in the vendor dashboard.
- Select the order number you want to review. For a purchase involving several vendors, focus on the items assigned to your store.
Open Orders in your vendor dashboard (vendor sign-in required).
2. Review the details
Check the products, quantities, customer details and current order status before taking action. Make sure you are viewing the correct order before arranging fulfillment or discussing it with the customer.
3. Save an allowed status change
- If a status change is needed and your account has access, select the appropriate status from the control shown inside the order.
- Review your selection, then use Update Order to save it. On smaller screens this may appear as a pencil button.
- Check the displayed order status after saving. If the result is unclear, reopen the order and check its saved state before trying again.
If a control is unavailable, ask your store owner or the marketplace team to check your access. Confirm your store's shipping and fulfillment arrangements before promising a dispatch or delivery date.
4. Follow up with the customer
Use Messages when you need to discuss an order and the customer is available to your account. Include enough detail to identify the order and explain the next step clearly.

For a refund request, review the applicable store policy and the refund controls available to your account. Changing an order status alone does not confirm that money has been returned.
